ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY
Where do we stand and how do we get to where we want to go? Who are the key stakeholders and what controls them? What are the terms and what rules apply? What position do we take, and which messages should be communicated? Which channels are best suited and has the greatest impact?
Successful communication often begins with an open and unconditional approach, a clear definition of problem and task, and of course the right decisions. Access to adequate and relevant facts is essential for mapping and understanding the key success factors.
Using simple, but proven methods of analysis, we map the current situation and the factors, which are critical for goal achievement. In many cases, the critical facts are easily available, while at other times it is critical to find them.
JPR has a running dialogue with a number of experts concerning various types of surveys, methodology, and statistics, and chooses at all times the right partners and supporters of the current project.
